What happens after you book
1. We confirm
We check your details, confirm the skip size and agree a delivery date with you – usually the next working day, and same-day where we can.
2. We deliver
Delivery is anytime on day 1 and collection is anytime on day 7 – both dates are booked in together. Skips can go on your driveway or on a public road with a permit.
3. We recycle
We collect on the agreed day and sort the waste at our Greendykes Industrial Estate site, which runs at a 98% recycling rate.
Before you book
Placement and permits
Driveways and private land are fine, at the customer’s own risk.
A public road needs a highway permit and lights – we can arrange it.
Tell us about narrow gates, low branches, cables or parked cars.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by siting or uplifting a skip.
Loading your skip
Level loads only – never fill above the height of the sides.
Overloaded skips are charged a surcharge and cannot be collected.
No asbestos, tyres, fridges, paint, gas bottles or hazardous waste.
Ask us first if you are unsure whether something can go in.
